George Clark, Project Officer

George is a keen conservationist with a passion for zoology and the environment. George has gained valuable experience delivering river restoration and habitat improvements throughout the Hampshire Avon during his time assisting the water team at Wiltshire Wildlife Trust.

George has a comprehensive knowledge of the requirements needed to support different species and has led bank-side scrub clearance, sky lighting and tree planting. He has also managed a mink control project to improve water vole populations. George has managed a variety of volunteer groups and passed on his knowledge and experience, helping some individuals gain employment within the conservation sector. George is Project Officer at BART, delivering a wide array of physical restoration, education and engagement projects. George also manages BART’s fantastic volunteer groups, including coordination of events.
