Neha is an experienced research and economics professional. Graduating from University of Strathclyde with MSc in Applied Economics, she is excited to put her skills and knowledge to use.
Prior to joining BART, Neha worked within the research industry. As Research Assistant for an independent research unit in Scotland, she carried out analysis and interpretation of complex data, wrote reports, and contributed to knowledge exchange activities. Before this, Neha worked as Research Executive for one of India’s largest investable projects databank organisations.
Having worked with different organisations, Naha has acquired knowledge on conducting market and cost-benefit analysis, validating and analysing complex data sets, communicating insights, and working with various project partners from multicultural and multidisciplinary backgrounds.
Neha is leading the development of BART’s Natural Environment Investment Readiness Fund (NEIRF) where she will be working with both the conservation and financial sector to develop a Freshwater Biodiversity Investment Model that can be used by buyers and sellers to enable investment in freshwater biodiversity.
