Olive holds a BSc in Ecology and the Environment and an MA in Wildlife Filmmaking Production.
Olive’s journey with BART builds on her experience working at a community forest, where she contributed to large-scale reforestation projects and community engagement initiatives. This work deepened her passion for UK conservation and inspired her to continue focusing on the protection and restoration of natural habitats whilst engaging with local communities.
During her academic studies, Olive developed a strong understanding of ecological systems and the vital role rivers play in supporting biodiversity. She also gained skills in communicating complex environmental issues through her work in wildlife filmmaking.
At BART, Olive is dedicated to supporting conservation efforts that enhance the health of local river systems and improve water quality. She hopes to work closely with communities to foster involvement in river conservation and is passionate about empowering local groups to take action.
