Alex is a Scheme Actuary and Associate Partner at a global consultancy, based in Bristol. He has over 20 years’ experience advising pension scheme trustee boards, including those backed by FTSE 100 companies and a major national charity, on funding, financial risk and long-term planning. Much of his work involves helping trustees and senior executives understand complex financial information and make informed decisions, and he is keen to use this experience to support BART.
Outside work, Alex enjoys spending time outdoors with his young family, particularly walking and cycling along local rivers and green spaces, and is keen to play a part in protecting and improving them for future generations.
