Caroline has a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Protection and has spent the last 20 years working in roles promoting sustainable land management and nature recovery.
Caroline has worked as Catchment Officer for the Wye and Usk Foundation, overseeing the delivery of catchment restoration projects and the delivery of farm advice and capital grants. She has spent most of her career at Soil Association Certification, first in a technical capacity supporting organic farmers, and then holding management and leadership roles.
Caroline grew up by the River Wye. She is a keen environmentalist, she volunteers as a Riverfly Monitor, and she loves nothing more than swimming in clean rivers.
